Beau’s career in Air Conditioning started almost two decades ago. Always striving to learn new technical skills and developing a strong work ethic has been the foundation of his reputation and achievements.
Air Unique has established itself as a trusted Air Conditioning company built on strong relationships and a focus on customer service. As the boss, Beau always leads by example emphasizing the importance of genuine care.

Say hi to Carly, our friendly and hard-working administrative powerhouse. No word describes Carly’s work talents better than “organised”. Carly is always streamlining operations and ensuring all the boxes are ticked.
Carly plays a pivotal role in the success of Air Unique, assisting Beau with managing the business and working towards the company’s goals. Carly wants to make sure Air Unique’s clients receive the best customer service possible and her colleagues are happy and safe.

Matt is a certified Aircon Technician, who takes great pride in his work and is a real asset to the Air Unique Team. Matt loves his soccer and was the second red-head to join the Air Unique family!
Jay is a dedicated and extremely hard worker, joining Air Unique in 2020. Embarking on his Cert III journey it didn’t take Jay long to pick up some outstanding trade skills. A great work ethic paired with valuable technical skills is a dream combination and Jay has become a well-respected member of the team.
Meet Jesse, the newest gem in Air Unique’s team. As a Trade Assistant Jesse brings a refreshing blend of skills and generously offers his expertise to handle IT challenges – an invaluable bonus for Air Unique! With a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute, Jesse has already earned the admiration of his colleagues and we are excited to see him grow in the industry.

A huge shout out to our friends and local business operators on Queen Street, Croydon – the community vibe is real here. Who doesn’t love a cuppa to get their engines started? A huge shout out to the team at Willow Bend in Croydon, our local café. A great place to connect with the locals. You’ll often see Beau here early in the morning and maybe grabbing another sneaky takeaway in the arvo.
Beau and his team installed a reverse cycle system in our 1920’s character home and we could not be happier with the result. As we have ornate ceilings, we were worried that the vents would impact the character look and the installation could cause damage. We received great design advice and recommendations, and the installation was extremely professional from start to finish. Great communication, great customer service and great results.
Beau and the team at Air Unique were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout their work with us. Beau designed a layout for our home that everyone else said would not be possible. Not only was it possible it has heated and cooled our home beyond our expectations.
